11. Customers may go to Karthi Travels office and / or email and / or call to make a booking. After selecting from amongst tour packages listed in our website, Customers will be required to purchase the tour package minimum advance payment of Rs. 10,000 or 25% of the total tour package cost, whichever is higher to avail the Offer.

12. The Offer cannot be used for purchasing simplicitor services such as transfers, car rentals, van rentals, customised tour packages or hotels, Furthermore, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional scheme or special Offers floated by Karthi Travels and cannot be redeemed for travel during peak season time and during trade fair period, festive period, holding of special events, congresses and conferences.

13. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise or products or discounts, or coupons or special Offers.

14. The Offer is valid for booking and travel only within the time period specified on its face. If the booking is not completed within the booking validity period or the travel is not completed within the travel validity period, the Offer shall stand terminated and cancelled, without any obligation or liability on the part of Karthi Travels. No amount shall be refunded nor shall any other consideration be given in case of unused Offer. Nor will any request for extension of travel validity period be entertained.

The benefit under the Offer booked by Customer, is guaranteed subject to the above and shall not be withdrawn by Karthi Travels voluntarily unless there is a force majeure situation rendering Karthi Travels unable to perform the services, for reasons beyond Karthi Travels's control but not limited to majeure such as Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance of services.

16. The Customer shall also be bound by the Terms and Conditions applicable to the desired tour in addition to these terms and conditions set out herein.

17. In the event the Customer after booking a tour by availing the Offer, is not able to travel due to any reasons whatsoever, or would like to reschedule the tour, cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy applicable to the tour booked. The balance amount shall not be refundable but the Customer may avail another eligible tour against such balance amount, after paying additional charges, if any, to complete the tour cost, subject to the redemption and travel validity of Offer.

18. 25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore
