Cancellation Policy of Karthi Travels

We must be informed if any tour or travel services are cancelled for any preventable or unavoidable causes. Cancellation fees will be applied starting on the day we receive advise and will be as follows:

0-03 days prior to departure - No refund
04-07 days prior to departure - 50% refund.
08-30 days prior to departure - 70% refund.
31-45 days prior to departure - 80% refund.
More than 46 days prior to departure – Full Refund.
All No Shows will be charged as per the booking.

Peak season hotel reservations are subject to a different cancellation policy, which can be provided as needed.

Refunds for hotel reservations are subject to the property owner's or hotel's cancellation policy.

Furthermore, we offer our customers the flexibility to reschedule or postpone their trip once within a period of 6 months, free of charge. This rescheduling option is available one time only and is subject to availability. In the event that you wish to reschedule your trip, we will do our utmost to accommodate your preferred dates, taking into consideration the availability of accommodations, transportation, and other services. However, please note that rescheduling is contingent upon availability, especially during peak seasons or periods of high demand.

If you decide to cancel your trip or cut short the trip after it has begun, your reimbursement would be limited and would also depend on how much money we could get back from the hotels and other service providers we use. We are not obligated to provide a refund for unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.
