📝 Booking Procedure

Booking tour packages with Karthi Travels® is a simple and convenient process. You may visit our office, call us, send an email, book online through our website, or even confirm your trip via WhatsApp message.

To initiate the booking, we kindly request an advance payment as per the guidelines shared with you. The balance amount should be settled as specified in the ticket receipt. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or credit/debit cards.

For package bookings (including accommodation or activities):

• An advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure the booking. However, certain services—such as luxury hotel reservations, cruises, and exclusive add-ons—may require full payment in advance.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before the commencement of the trip.
• Any additional charges incurred during the trip must be settled at the end.

For vehicle-only bookings:

• A minimum advance payment of ₹500.00/day or ₹1,000.00/day (depending on the vehicle type) is required to confirm the booking.
• A partial payment is to be made directly to the driver at the start of the trip.
• The remaining balance should be cleared at the end of the journey.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, and WhatsApp message. Kindly review the confirmation details and keep them for future reference.
