📝 Booking Procedure

Booking tour packages with Karthi Travels® is a simple and convenient process. You may visit our office, call us, send an email, book online through our website, or even confirm your trip via WhatsApp message.

To initiate a booking, an advance payment is required to secure the vehicle, accommodation, and other applicable services. The advance amount depends on the type of booking and the hotel cost involved. The applicable advance payment will be communicated to you before confirming your booking.

Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards, subject to the available payment options.

For package bookings (including accommodation or activities):

• An advance payment of 25%, 50%, or 75% of the applicable package cost may be required, depending on the hotel cost and the advance amount needed to secure the accommodation and other services.
• When the hotel cost requires a higher advance payment, you may be asked to pay 75% of the package cost in advance. Otherwise, the required advance may be 25% or 50%, as applicable to the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip.
• Any additional charges incurred during the trip must be settled at the end of the journey.
• Certain services, such as luxury hotel reservations, cruises, and exclusive add-ons, may require full payment in advance.

For vehicle-only bookings:

• A minimum advance payment of ₹500 per day or ₹1,000 per day is required, depending on the vehicle type.
• A partial payment must be made directly to the driver at the start of the trip, as applicable to the booking.
• The remaining balance should be cleared at the end of the journey.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, and WhatsApp message. Kindly review the confirmation details and keep them for future reference.
