• For packages booked online or over the phone, we will process all your travel details and verify availability with the hotel/property owners. Your travel will be confirmed via email and WhatsApp as soon as we receive confirmation from the hotel/property owners.
• Receipt of the advance payment made online via website does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the confirmation sent over email. Karthi Travels reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event we return any advance payment received.
• Karthi Travels is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a package.

• Karthi Travels is not responsible for not transferring you on time as per the itinerary to the tourist sites/temples/monuments because of bad weather, road blocks due to strikes or issues with any political parties/organizations/associations, bad road conditions, and wildlife encounters.
• If customer wants to visit a spot/place more than one time, then the toll charges on the way to the spot/place and the parking fees in the spot/place will be charged extra.
• In the ghat roads, mountainous areas, or when the vehicle remains stationary, the air conditioning system in the vehicle will not be operated.
• On the final day of the trip, the customer must return to the designated drop-off location and release the vehicle before 11:00 PM. This allows us to prepare the vehicle for the next customer and ensures the smooth operation of our services. If the vehicle usage exceeds the allotted time limit, additional charges will apply
• In outstation trips, once the vehicle has reached the designated drop-off location, it should not be used for local trips. If the vehicle is used for local trips beyond the drop-off point, our local usage tariff will apply.
• Please note that after the booking, if there are any Hike in Taxes, fuel cost, guide charges etc… by Govt, the same would be charged as extra.
• The customer is required to pay a fee of Rs. 600.00 per instance if either the pick-up time or the drop-off time falls between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).
• For inter-state travel, customer have to share all the passenger details for applying the inter-state travel permit.
