  • Driver food expense is not included. The customer must either provide meals to the driver or pay a food allowance of ₹300.00 per day.
  • Entry and exit parking charges at airports or railway stations for pick-up or drop-off are not included and must be paid by the customer.

  • Parking charges will apply if a tourist spot is visited more than once.
  • Toll charges will apply if the route is changed or if a location is visited more than once.
  • Early pickup (before 5:00 AM) or late drop (after 11:00 PM) - ₹600.00
  • Entry and exit parking charges at airports or railway stations for pick-up or drop-off must be paid by the customer.

  • Kodaikanal, Ooty and Valparai are a strict plastic-free zIncExc. Carrying disposable plastic bottles, covers, or single-use items may lead to fines at the check posts. Karthi Travels kindly requests customers to support eco-friendly tourism by avoiding plastic materials and helping us preserve hill stations natural environment.
  • Karthi Travels will take care of arranging the required E-Pass and permits for your trip, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

  • Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
  • For the cancellation made 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date, a full refund will be issued after deducting a minimal administrative charge of ₹100.00.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days prior to the pick-up date
  • Kindly note that refunds will be processed and credited in the bank account/card within 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
