All necessary e-Passes and travel permits, wherever required and subject to applicable regulations, will be arranged by us to make your journey convenient and worry-free.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation for this package is subject to receipt of an advance payment of 50% of the total package cost.
The remaining 50% of the package cost must be paid before the commencement of the tour or at the time specified by our booking team. Tour services will commence only after the full payment has been received.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled trip start date and is eligible for a full refund, after deducting a nominal administrative charge of ₹100 per booking.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled trip start date or in case of a no-show.
