Please note that changes to the itinerary, including additional or longer-distance travel, may result in additional charges depending on the distance and travel requirements. If you plan to visit Athirappilly Waterfalls on the last day, we can arrange a drop at Chalakudy (before 3:30 PM), Pollachi, or Coimbatore at an additional cost.

All guests are required to carry a valid government-issued photo identity proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID) during the tour. The ID may be required at the time of hotel check-in, entry to certain attractions, or for verification by local authorities.
Valparai and Athirappilly are environmentally sensitive destinations. Guests are advised to avoid disposable plastic bottles, covers, and other single-use plastic items and follow the applicable local regulations. Any applicable fines or penalties imposed by local authorities will be the responsibility of the guest.
Chinnakallar and Nirar Dam sightseeing is available only on Saturdays and Sundays, subject to local access and operating conditions.
Waterfalls, forest areas and other attractions may be subject to local authority, Forest Department or weather-related restrictions. Access and operating conditions may vary on the date of travel.
All necessary e-Passes and travel permits, wherever required and subject to applicable regulations, will be arranged by us to make your journey convenient and worry-free.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation for this package is subject to receipt of an advance payment of 50% of the total package cost.
The remaining 50% of the package cost must be paid before the commencement of the tour or at the time specified by our booking team. Tour services will commence only after the full payment has been received.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled trip start date and is eligible for a full refund, after deducting a nominal administrative charge of ₹100 per booking.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled trip start date or in case of a no-show.
