• Karthi Travels disclaims all liability for delays in getting you to tourist destinations, temples, monuments, or other locations on time, as per the itinerary, or in accordance with your needs. These delays may be caused by inclement weather, land slide obstructions, strikes, poor road conditions, wildlife sightings, time delays due to unavoidable reasons or conflicts with political parties, organizations, or associations.

• If there is any hike in taxes, fuel costs, guide charges, etc. by the government, the same will be charged extra.

• In the ghat roads, mountainous areas, or when the vehicle remains stationary, the air conditioning system in the vehicle will not be operated to prevent engine overload.

• On the final day of the trip, the customer must return to the designated drop-off location and release the vehicle before 11:00 PM. This allows us to prepare the vehicle for the next customer and ensures the smooth operation of our services. If the vehicle usage exceeds the allotted time limit, additional charges will apply

• The distance from and to will be calculated as per the quote

• In order to get an Inter-State travel permit, customers must disclose the name, age, and gender of each passenger.

• If a customer plans to visit a location more than once, additional fees will apply for the parking at the location as well as the tolls on the way there.

• The customer is required to pay a fee of Rs. 600.00 per instance if either the pick-up time or the drop-off time falls between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM.

• The customer are solely responsible for managing their own travel schedule. While we strive to provide timely pickups and ensure smooth journeys, we kindly ask the customer budget for potential traffic delays and unforeseen circumstances, as these factors are beyond our control. Please note that Karthi Travels shall not be liable for any compensation if the customer happen to miss their flight, train, or bus due to delayed pickup, traffic jams, road blockages/diversions, or any other reason during the trip.

• In outstation trips, once the vehicle has reached the designated drop-off location, it should not be used for local trips. If the vehicle is used for local trips beyond the drop-off point, our local usage tariff will apply.

• For packages booked online or over the phone, we would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel / property owners. Your travel would be confirmed over e-mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel / property owners.

• Receipt of the advance payment and booking made online does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the confirmation sent over email. Karthi Travels reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event we return any advance payment received.

• Karthi Travels is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a package.

Cancellation Policy

We must be informed if any tour or travel services are cancelled for any preventable or unavoidable causes. Cancellation fees will be applied starting on the day we receive advise and will be as follows:

• 0-03 days prior to departure - No refund
• 04-07 days prior to departure - 50% refund.
• 08-30 days prior to departure - 70% refund.
• 31-45 days prior to departure - 80% refund.
• More than 45 days prior to departure – Full Refund.
• All No Shows will be charged as per the booking.

Peak season hotel reservations are subject to a different cancellation policy, which can be provided as needed.
